Martin not a problem mate.
the deadline for the organisers and the ACO was as per my original post.
The organisers tooke their money in March as posted however I have only just recieved the invoice reciept from the ACO re the camping, as although this had to be submitted in March they have only just confirmed payment, when I queried this they stated that they had been too busy with the bike 24hrs and the main race !!!!!!!!!
And until they had taken the payment I did not know the exhange rate at that time.
I had to submit the forms and payment details by the deadline to ensure our tickets and MB camping spaces, of course I needed that money from you guys in anticipation of that request, I was not to know that they would take this long to process the documentation.
If anyone wishes to see that paperwork IE detailing payment requests, deadlines etc I am more than happy to provide it.

No need for proof I was just wondering as all. I think you have done a good job of all this and saved us all a lot of hassle a big thanks from me Cheers mate.

No worries mate, just hopefully clarifying your comments, all of which were understandable.
And yes dont mention the parade laps !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dealing with 2 french organisers for the same event has been a bit of a nightmare to say the least, and I dread to think how much the phone bills to Paris and the ACO have been.
Still trying to agree a zone on MB for our camping so that when the first of us arrive Weds we wont have a problem............its like pulling teeth with these people.
God help whoever volunteers in 2010, it wont be me thats for sure !!

I'd like to but that is not my style , I've laid out the money which is a tad inconvieient but I will give them the benifit of the doubt as some of them are not forum users but come Le-mans they may be in for a nasty surprise at some point
