Seeing as all the other events are being added, and i couldn't find anything for this, i thought I'd start the thread up.
Tickets are now available for this, see here Silverstone Classic 2012 - Tickets for prices, but these will be different when the Club code is published (Chris, Purple AK, any info on this at all?), even at current prices, very good value for money.
As it's the cobras 50th aniiversary next year, it would be good it we can get an even bigger display that the past 2 years - i'm looking forward to this one - and hopefully Kev can get the campsite sorted out again too

Looking forward to it.
But not sure my missus will be happy to use the camp site we used last year. I am looking at the one in the Golf course, because I intend bringing my 12 yr old daughter who will be staying in Tony's T5 camper van, so at least she wont have water dripping onto her sleeping bag and have to p**s into a lemonade bottle at 3am in the morning because it might be raining and the bog has no lights!!
But the downside is that Russ won't be able to give us his spare sausages to cook up!
Going to do all 3 days this year.

The Whittlebury camp site is much much further to walk to and from the circuit, through a dark wood along a muddy track. I've used it twice.
OK the loos might be a bit better, but you'll pay twice as much.
I'll stick with The one we've had for two years I think, much more convient.
Take a torch to the loo with you.
Chris, any chance of getting a decent size marquee on the campsite this year for club congregations and partying???

Agreed the farm site was perfect for the show, and we walked to the village pub for a great meal.
I may get my mate to bring our porta loo and set up a toilet tent for my daughter, and the missus. Tony's camper will have hot water etc, so Hopwood may be on, we'll see,

your welcome to use the camper van loo, ( not a 3am mind ), but it is more cramped than the on-site. I admit they wern't the cleanest facilities but i didnt think they were too bad, and they had hot running waterTell the wife to suck it up! it's only 3 nights at worst
You had a bit of a nightmare drive up if I remember, maybe that was it .
p.s. ( don't let her see this :P )
