Can't see thumnails of attachments
HI,
I have a problem at my computer at home. I don't see the previews or tumbnails of the attached pictures. I see nothing but when i move the mouse over, it's very small area where I can click on the see the attachment.
I have this problem with Internet Explorer and mozilla firefox...
At my work, it is working properly...
What is wrong with my computer at home ?

Go to user CP, edit options, under the heading thread display options, is the boxed ticked for show images, if not tick it.

If thats not the problem, you will have to wait for Rob to advise. :thumb: :thumb:

I checked and the option was already ticked...strange that it doesn't want to work at home and at work without problems...mhhh.

Do a search on Norton and Privacy, if you are using Norton.

I am using zonealarm...so maybe the firewall is blocking..will investigate this option.

It's indeed by using zonealarm..but how can I configure zonealarm such that I can see the tumbnails ?
Any zonealarm users out there ?

hi

i have a similar problem when browsing the site but not logged in, no problems all attachments appear as normal -however when i log in they all reappear as miniscule dashes on the part they should appear...zone alarm still on both times...?and cobra club listed as trusted site too both times...??

should have mentioned i did look at the top of the page under user CP just to check...nothing wrong that i could tell?

I had the same problem with ZA. I had opted for a trial version of ZA Pro so I uninstalled this and reinstalled the "normal" free version and all seems to be ok.

hi
ihad the very same problem but only when logged in...
i have zonealarm ,however it shows before i log in! so there's the problem-
went into cp edit options,attachments etc options ,
'show images in IMG code' undo the tick works now ok
