Major membership system concern

I went through this morning to renew my membership online but could not complete the process as my browser crashed. All I had managed to do was log in and select membership renewal.

Eitherway I have now received an email stating that my payment is pending! From what I wonder as I have not entered any payment details!! Has the system decided to use last years payment details?!?!

I have not yet come across a net based payment system that is able to take a payment without the consumer positively selecting an "authorise" or "submit" or "agree" button.

Can one of the team look into this and check whats happened? Anyone else had the same sort of problem?

Payment pending only means that the system is waiting for you to click the payment email which would have been generated had your browser not crashed which takes you to Worldpay.

No, we haven't taken any funds, as that doesn't happen until you get to the Worldpay pages.

Is there anybody out there who can help me? I signed up for membership a few weeks back. Have heard nothing. Money deducted from my account. Still nothing. I thought I might get a magazine or something... an email... ?

What's the link for membership renewal? www.cobraclub/membership just gives me a "404 Not Found" error

When did you signup? You would have got an email from the club and anemail from Worldpay. Contct me offline, "rob@cobraclub.com"

Hi Rob, thanks for your reply, ST etc arrived today didn't get an email from the club, butfink I did from WorldPAy. Now, about those thousand rusty bits on the garage floor... can I turn them into a Cobra....
