Auto box in a Sumo

Hi there people
I'm putting a ford 2.9 V6 engine with an auto box into a Pilgrim Sumo MK2B chassis this weekend (fun huh?). Anyone out there know of anything to watch out for. I already figured out that the gearshift linkage will foul the side of the tunnel if I don't do a bit of altering to the bracket and I've got the Pilgrim alternator bracket but any input will be gratefully received.

Got the engine and box in but no replies from here. Probably not many people with MK2B chassis(s) being worked on any more.
If anyone's interested it all went pretty smoothly. Except. The gearbox has a wide sump on it which won't fit between the frames on the tunnel so I had to (with the gearbox suspended from a rope through the shifter hole in the tunnel) mark up where it fouled and cut away the bits (about 10mm each side) using a dremel type thing with a cut off disc on it. Note; I first used a Black & Decker one which overheated in a spectacular fashion and burst into flames.
