| uploading attachments. Why do my attachments disappear when I add one to a post. I go through the browse. Click on the file. Click upload but no good. Help please as I have My regional newsletter to sort. Andy

| Andy- I believe that a word document is not amongst the allowable file formats for attachments. If you look just above and to the left of the "Browse" button when you try to attach a file, there is a link to "Allowed extensions and Sizes". .doc extensions not there.

| Solved it by saving the word file as a zipped folder. I hope this will be readable by most people. Thanks for the help, Andy

| I have enabled documents for you all. Documents -> Maximum Upload Size: 2 MB ai doc dot pdf ppt ps xls  Hope this helps. Ninebean Team |
