uploading attachments.

Why do my attachments disappear when I add one to a post.
I go through the browse.
Click on the file.
Click upload but no good.
Help please as I have My regional newsletter to sort.

What size files are they?

What type of file are they?

Andy- I believe that a word document is not amongst the allowable file formats for attachments.

If you look just above and to the left of the "Browse" button when you try to attach a file, there is a link to "Allowed extensions and Sizes".

.doc extensions not there.

When you upload put "crc" in tags box.

So if I compress or zip it it would be in an acceptable format?

Solved it by saving the word file as a zipped folder.
I hope this will be readable by most people.

Documents -> Maximum Upload Size: 2 MB
ai doc dot pdf ppt ps xls
