Auto log on

Gan any one help with this one for me.

When i go on to the site it asks me to log on every time (this is when using the desktop pc ) so i do and i check the box that asks 'remember me'.
Now when i log on using my laptop everything is fine, it automatically logs on.

start
settings
control panel
internet options
general
settings
allow cookies set cookies to be stored for 1 day
apply

should do it if you have XP

Or you could follow the same path as above on both machines and set your pc the same as your lap top

You may have a corrupt cookie, try deleting your cookies first.

Hi Guys

Thanks for the tips above but still won't work.

I have checked all the Internet options on both computers and they both match exactly. I have also specifically allowed cookies to this site.

It works on other sites, which is a bit strange.

One thing that i can't workout is that when i first go to the cobra club site through my favourites in Internet explorer i have to manually log on, then say if i go to another site again through favourites and come back to the cobra club site i don't have to log in. Then if i close down Internet explorer and then go back to it and then choose cobra club through favourites i will have to manually log on again.
