Hi all,

I recently experienced a 'blue screen of death' on my laptop and since I restarted it, it doesn't 'remember me on this website' any more. That's not just here on the Cobra Club, but all the forums I read that used to just log me on automatically now request my username and password each time I access them. Ticking the 'Remember me' box has no effect.

Anyone got any ideas please? (Running XP)

Thanks
Jeremy

Windows will occasionally create a temporay second user profile if a problem or error is encountered on teh main profile. Have a look in your Documents & Folders folder and see if there are 2 folders with your username.

My Son had a toy steering wheel which he used to spin furiously, making loads of go-faster noises, leaning into all the tight corners, perhaps running the government feels a bit like that. You make all the noises, but when you stop you haven't really gone anywhere.
