Custom AK avatar?

I use the stock AK avatar but I find it quite ruff... I therefor made my own version of the AK logo but I can't find a way to use it as my avatar!

Ps. I would resize it to 80x80 pixels before I used it as an avatar off course...

I have similar problem. I have my monkey one, but since the reshuffle can't use it

I think Robs locked it down to prevent abuse by the minority.
