Why so slow?

Please help, as I seem to be having problems with the website, and only this one as all others I'm looking at are fine. The problem is that it's going very slow and takes a long to move between pages. Sometimes it says the page is there but it's blank and then appears about a minute or so later. Am I doing something wrong at my end or are other members having same problem?

Help please - in very basic terms as my computer knowledge is as shallow as my personality

I'm having the same problems and have been for a few days, thought it was my new broadband connection but I've had that checked and its fine, other sites are ok as you say, so its not you , dont panic. Can someone sort it out ??????????????
