| nope, pretty sure the engine will need to come out first though as you wont get the box back past the clutch before it meets the chassis! engine out is only 2 hours though (dont ask me how i know) please let us know how you get on steve

| May not help you but I have removed a T5 from behing a 302 leaving the engine in situ. We pulled the box removed the bellhousing and the removed both. This was to gain access to a crappy Mc Leod leaky slave set up. Andy

| James I too would be interested to hear your findings as I expect at some point my stock clutch will need replacing. Have you checked with Andy ? As a matter of interest why the upgrade on the T56 ? Trevor

| Sorry lads i am takening the engine out first Doh! The thought of taken the body off nearly puts me off,the chassis bolts still give me nightmares. If i was to remove the body i"d do it with the hire of a 2 post ramp to lift it clear. The reason for the up grade is the orginal box is done 50k miles in a New York camaro and finding Fifth and Sixth is hard sometimes. Joe at Sixspeed builts uprated boxes good for 700HP with brass forks etc for $1900 out right. thanks for the advice. cheers James
