Photo's Anyone... AK open day.

Hello people. I hope you all enjoyed the AK open day as much as I did yesterday, those who went that is. Rob

There was "one" green AK there which belongs to Arthur Nasey, one of the northern cobra club members. He mentioned on the way home that he doesn't have any pictures of his car.

Is there anyone out there that took photo's of this car and can send me them in JPG format for me to print out for him.

I thought it would be a nice pressie for him, being that he was good enough to take me in his newly finished project.

Regards

Hi Vince

Took quite a few piccies yesterday. Will have a look to see if his car was one of them (green one next to Rob's if i remeber right).

Apparently i witnessed a rare sight yesterday in the form of ROB and WILF having a friendly stroll and chat together. May even have a picture

Due respect and thanks to AK for allowing us "non AK" types in. I enjoy open days - always a chance to learn more and of course to meet more cobraphiles. Like I always say - it's as much about the people as the cars.

As for a friendly stroll with Rob - didn't you guys know we are actually quite friendly towards each other in real life? Whoever said this place was in any sense REAL???

No we aren't. See we always disagree. :P :P :P

And by the way, I noticed a spec of dirt on your car on Sunday, please don't let it happen in the future.

Did you notice a spec of car underneath all my dirt?

No - but I think the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Flies might want a word with you.

No piccies I'm afraid, but a big thanks to Ken and co'and for mountains of advise from fellow builders/owners for an excellent day out.
I have made my mind up now definately AK. I will be speaking to Ken this week to arrange another vist as the wife wants to know what caused me to grin most of last night!
Must dash, got to get that engine finished ASAP
