Track Day Cadwell Park

The MG Car Club are organising another track day at Cadwell Park and once again the CRC have been invitied to participate. The date for this years event is Monday 13th June, and the fee will be £100 per car, with a further small charge for a second driver. For that you will get one 20 minute session per hour, starting at 9am, finishing at 5pm with a break for lunch, in other words at least 6 sessions. Entry forms arent available as yet, but the organisers have started a list of interested parties and there are already 30+ on the list.
If any of you are interested in taking part please PM me through the forum and I will add your name to the list, then forward you an entry form when they become available.

It was only spoiled by the weather.

Unfortunately the date this year is rather too close to Le Mans.

Just thought I would refresh this one. Had a few takers from CRC members, but there are still some places available. I realise its only a few days before Le Mans but is everybody going? Send me a pm if you are interested. I will also take some entry forms to Stoneleigh.

Pretty sure you can count me in -didn't even notice the weather last year as was far too busy blatting passed those MG's -amazed they're willing to have us back. Guess you must have done some smooth talking :thumb:

Time for another reminder for this event. There are still some places left, and we could do with a few more Cobras there to show these MG boys how it should be done. If Elvington whets your appetite and you want another go then this is the event for you. I will be at Elvington with the East Mids lot and will have entry forms for Cadwell with me so if anyone would like a go, look me up. Will also put some forms on the Club stand.

I won't be able to make it, I need to spend a bit of time on the car getting the idler pulley sorted for the Cannonball.

I'm thinking about it Dave but i'm worried that my brakes wont be up to it, hang on, i'll be ok as they're not jag snap-off ones , seriously i'll chat to you about it at Elvington :thumb:

Hi All, time for a final reminder for this event. Still some places left, cost £115 per car plus £10 for a second driver. Excellent value, so now you've had a thrash around Elvington why not give Cadwell a try. Anyone interested please give me a call or send me a pm.
