A weekend by the Sea?

QUick question which came up at the mini comittee meeting.

Would anyone be interested in a weekend by the sea for the Cobra Club, much like a Duxford but with sandcastles and Hep B innoculations. :7 :7

We have Elvington planned for May, so would be looking at something later on next year.

My Son had a toy steering wheel which he used to spin furiously, making loads of go-faster noises, leaning into all the tight corners, perhaps running the government feels a bit like that. You make all the noises, but when you stop you haven't really gone anywhere.

RE: A weekend by the Sea?

If you go paddling with your trousers rolled up and a knotted hanky on your head we can tip off the style police.
Come to think of it - that is your style anyway, isn't it?

Wilf

PS - good idea, lets go to Skeggy.

RE: A weekend by the Sea?

Rob, I am in favour of most organised events as you know. Whether I can maje the trek from Germany depends on when and where of course.

I am not old enough for the knotted handkerchief, however we can always take a least from you, and maybe learn how they did it in the "old days".

A sea view is more like it, from the bar.
