Alloy wheel refurbishment

I have bought some hallibrand replicas for my cobra and while they are in quite good condition, I would like to get them polished to a mirror finish. Does anyone know of a company that does this?
Thanks

RE: Alloy wheel refurbishment

Simon, try contacting Image Wheels in Birmingham - they make Halibrand replicas - they do a superb job and charge £25 per wheel (+vat) if the wheels came from them and only a little more if not. They can also apply a protective coat to keep them good afterwards.

You can reach thm on 0121 522 2442. Ask for Alan Gardner.

RE: Alloy wheel refurbishment

If cost is not to much of an issue , then I would go with contacting image wheels, they can also check them for you. They check condition of usability, I think they recomend this should be done every couple of years anyway. I cleaned mine up took a bit of time, but had the benefit of not using the car to much at the moment. A couple of tubes of Autosole and some mutton cloth bit of elbow grease (most good DIY shops sell it!!) worked a treat.
HTH
