Steering column

Can anyone tell me the proper position of the steering wheel? I'm building an AK and everything fits very nice, but as i'm using an adjustable BMW steering column from an old 7 serie, i'm a little confused with the right position of the wheel.
The best would be if i would get the position from the center of the (top of spline) measured to the right and left door and how much it is under the top of the dash.

Thanks to all of you that would be so nice to run to the garage and measure these things.:thumb:
