AK body finish

Can anyone tell me how they have treated the AK 427 scoop. as you watch the surface, you can clearly see the inner and outer scale. Any advice??

Re: AK body finish

Not sure exactly what you mean by "inner /outer" scale, if you think that all is not well with the moulding, talk to Ken at AK, he will know what's what..
SMS painted my AK, whether or not they " fettled" the airscoop I cannot say, but I've had no problems at all with the tub.
Regards
Charlie
