Brown trousers...

Having just crashed the BMW on a wet road (at a frightening speed of about 15mph) I'm now terribly scared at driving the GD to SVA next month...

... might pull six of the HT leads off to slow her down a bit, or hitch a caravan to the back...

Robin.

...Only you :thumb:

Stick a block of something under the accelerator for the first few runs and limit your max red mist moments to 1/4 or 1/2 throttle, it'll still be enough but might save a few "moments" from happening

If you admit to crashing a BMW at 15mph, I should give up any idea of driving a Cobra and buy a bus pass.

Robin,

Re: Brown trousers...

Robin,

Did you omit to say that the 15MPH was backwards up the fastlane of a motorway?

Re: Brown trousers...

No, it wasn't on a motorway. The police have been notified.

Re: Brown trousers...

I drove around for a week with 4 of my leads unplugged without realising... to be honest it didn't really make a great deal of difference just sounded a bit better than usual...

I'd go for the caravan option.

Hey, when you're all up and running are we gonna organise a SW Surrey/NE Hampshire Cobra club meet? It's be fun

Re: Brown trousers...

It won't be fun when I'm there as you'll all be jealous of my superior workmanship...
