Would a Mk III Sierra-based Sumo owner do me a quick favour?

Yo Guys, any chance a mk III Sumo owner would nip out into the garage and measure the height of the top chassis rail above the lower rail in the engine bay? If you also afe a Rover V8 fitted, it would be great to know the height at which the engine sits in the bay - an easy measurement like the height from one of the rocker covers to the top of the bulkhead would be great.

Much appreciated!!
Pete.

Pete

I've only just got in from the garage, I can get some measurements first thing if it helps? Just to confirm you require the measurements from the top of the lower rail to the top of the top rail

Forgot to mention I can't help with the engine measurement bit as I'm "setting anchor" in mine:thumb:

Pete

Measurements taken this morning, these were from the outside edge on the O/S near the brake servo:

1/ Bottom of lower rail to bottom of top rail 375
2/ Bottom of lower rail to top of top rail 410
3/ Top of lower rail to bottom of top rail 293
4/ Top of lower rail to top of top rail 334

Hope these help and make some sort of sense

As I mentioned I'm not fitting a Rover so can't help there.
