Hi there Bit Silly !
You say that you recieved the handbrake by post, may I ask from where as I am not haveing much luck finding one for my AK. Is that really your name?

An old thread I know, but do any of you lads still have the exploded diagram of the XJS handbrake kicking around you could repost please? The links and attachments in this thread must be linked to the old forum so aren't working.

Now I know there should be a handbrake stop, Part 19

This was missing from mine when I removed it from the car and the lever just hit the microswitch and made it fall to pieces. Now i've got an idea what to make to protect the new switch.

Have a quick look on ebay, search XJS, quite a few cars been broken with advice to contact them, request what you want and they will post it with a 'buy it now price'.
