    Shrinking Carpet

Does anybody know if it is possible to shrink carpet? I've covered the rear transmission tunnel in my dax and the fit is really good. However if I could shrink it in some areas it would be perfect.

Well, I'm fortunate to have a chemical engineering background, one of the things I enjoy most is turning beer, wine, Scotch and margaritas into urine.
