Trimmers in the north east of england

Hi,

Wonder if any one can help, got given a tonneau cover (from Europa i think) prior to christmas,early present, for my dax. When I have come to start looking at fitting it I have discovered that it looks like I have to drill further holes in the car as the cover does not match up to rivets already there for the hood - got a feeling this would not look good. Therefore I am cosidering getting a tonneau made to match to the existing rivets and I was wondering if any one had any good recommendations of trimmers up here in the north east I could get in touch with and a ball park price of waht it would cost to be made?

Hi Tim,

You could always try Kish on the leechmere industrial estate (beside ASDA). They put a leather interior in a freinds MR2 and did a cracking job. Don't know if they will do a tonneau but they are definately worth a try. As for price sorry no idea but give them a ring.

Sorry for hijacking the thread but are you lads up for the North Yorks meet on Sunday 2nd April in Boroughbridge. It's an hours drive from Sunderland down the A19. Wrighty you've been to one of the meets with your GD haven't you?

could you not just add more fixings in the right places to the original tonneau, OK so you will have unused studs, but its only going to get used occasionally.

Hopefully I will be at the Boroughbridge meet on 2nd April.

Also I'm planning on going to Oulton park in the GD with Fletch (Sumo) an two hoodies as long as it's not snowing.
