| Dax or SR I have a Southern Roadcraft chassis. I have now bought an old Dax body. Opinions on whether it would be easier to cut the tub from the body to allow fitment to the SR chassis or remove the SR metal bulkhead arrangement in favour of the fibreglass dax tub. The Dax body is complete with the doors hanging from the internal framework of the tub. |

| RE: Dax or SR If you have got to cut something then cut the fibreglass because SR made their chassis the way it is for a reason cutting it may compromise something. cheers Paul |

| RE: Dax or SR Hi, Yeah I have got an SR and looking at all the panel work this appears to add some considerable strength so chopping it out may weaken the entire structure. By how much I dont know. I suggest you dont modify the chassis too much. Graham
