Just had to tell someone.......

I'm so excited I just have to tell someone, my wife is fed up of listening to me and working in Switzerland means that I have few same minded friends that will listen to me babble on about my latest adventure.

Have just bought a '77 SBC 350 block 0.030" over, decked to .010" on Ebay for $280 and am now arranging it to be sent to another contact in the US to have it profesionally built into a short block.

Have ordered Eagle 3.75" internally balanced forged crank, 6" H beam 3D rods, forged SRP -5cc pistons all fully balanced [$1,500] and to top it all the guy who is pulling this all together for me is just about to become an AFR distributer so I'm looking to get a set of 195cc AFR heads as well. [Another $1300 bites the dust]

Its going to cost me a small fortune but I'll be saving shipping costs by getting all the big lumps sent over once.

Can't wait to see it all together, still have to wait approx 2 months but have been planning this since July so I'm sure I'll be able to hold on for a few more weeks.

Thanks for listening.

James

Many thanks Kev, you do realise this is all your doing after following your exploits on the Daxcars forum.

Cheers

James
