Its called an AS427 by Auto Speciali.
These have been mentioned on here before try doing a search.

that's what I thought too. That looks like the Fiero.

It is an ex Fiero, and more recently Euro 427. Be careful of who you are dealing with, there is some unpleasant history with this!!
