Cold Coffee

I have a complaint!! All too often I find myself so riveted to this forum that my coffee goes cold! Bought some Jamaican blue moutain coffee the other day, 120 euros a kilo, (didn't buy a kilo!), started sipping away, got reading and clicking as usual, now i've got a 5 quid cup of cold coffee and no microwave!! It's ok cold though..
Does anyone else share my love of coffee?, 100% arrabica is the only way to go.

RE: Cold Coffee

Oh Yes, I start the day with a dose of finest Colombian (coffee that is). :7
Many's the time time I've let it go cold whilst checking out the forum.
Have you noticed how quiet the forum is lately?
I wonder if it's winter cold garage blues? (here in the UK at least). :+

RE: Cold Coffee

Mmmm, Coffee....
Yes, I'm sitting at my PC, eyes wildly staring away, it's been 15 minutes from my last cup
There is an alternative way of obtaining Blue mountain coffee, cheaper in theory. Some years back went to Jamaica on holiday – to fulfil my other pleasure of scuba diving, got 2 large bags of beans (I mean big!!!) for 20 quid.

RE: Cold Coffee

One of the good things about the cold, dark nights is that it's very easy to see the timing light when you are out on the drive with the Cobra up on axle stands setting your timing. All you need is a T-Shirt, a sweat shirt and a pair of overalls. You never notice the cold then! :7

Oh, and when you're finished that, just step inside for a nice warm cup of coffee. Strange that the coffee tin had Stella Artois written on it though!

RE: Cold Coffee

Hi Kev,
Yes I have noticed. Would have thought it would be busy as everyone is in from the cold getting revved up for spring. Getting quite hot here (Javea Spain), 17 degrees today and a nice warm breeze, sunny. No surf!! Will be back on blighty for 3 freezing days in a couple of weeks, then off to sunnier places again. Woopee.

RE: Cold Coffee

COFFEE BREAK BLUES
I want to take
a coffee break.
I've got to have a
cup of Java.
Toke a mocha.
Columbian coffee bean.

Make it strong.
Make it hot.
Don't be long now.
Leave the pot.
I mean caffeine.
Columbian coffee bean.

If you're wondering do I like that stuff
well, yeah, I guess I drink it a bit.
Early in the morning and late at night.
As a matter of fact I think I'll have another hit.

A little cream would be a dream.
Come to that
I'll even drink it black.
I don't need no sugar, sugar,
but you could still stir it for me.

Fresh ground.
By the pound.
the only grind
that I don't mind.
I could get used to this liquid
if you give me half a chance.

I worked so hard this morning
but I've still got to go all afternoon.
Just about time for one more cup, now,
and don't you run away with that spoon.

Like Captain John told Lafayette
This stuff would go pretty good
with a cigarette."
Olé cafe.
Hey Brazil
I can't get my fill.
