if some one ordered a new car that stated new parts they would expect all new parts. i have no idea if you can still get replacement gear boxes from jag (i may get flamed about that)

Anyone thats read (or reading as i am) in to cobra replicas will know most use reconditioned part.

But a customer buying a product may have absolutly no knowledge of the technical details. and even if it had been explained in person if a customer decided they wanted to be nasty about it they would probaly win in court.

I only quoted this not because i wanted to slate Chimera but because ive done webdesign on a few courses and that sort of thing is DRILLED in to you on them.
