I am officially an AK Owner! (sort off)

Hi All,

Just to let you know our mission to collect one AK shell, chassis etc went without a hitch yesterday, even the the weather was reasonably kind to us on our trip back up the A1 to the grim north. IMO I cannot reccomend highly enough Ken, Dan & Linda at AK as the product they supply is fantastic & their helpfullness & enthusiasm is second to none.
I can also recommend the cafe north bound as you just join the A1 from Peterborough - The medium fry-up is fantastic!

The only slight problem we had was removing the shell & chassis from the trailer once we arrived home & can confirm what Kayjayd advised - make sure you have plenty of able bodied people to assist as these items are heavy.

Well I suppose I need to stop staring at the AK & crack on with building it!

Cheers,
Martyn:thumb:

Glad it all went ok Martyn, don't worry yourself about fry-ups as Richfield do wide as well as narrow frame seat ..the AK owners seem to love their cars and factory back-up highly praised, looking forward to hearing your progress reports, enjoy.

If I was to build another car it would be a AK, just for the customer service alone!!!:thumb: :thumb:
