Ages for threads / posts to appear

This is aimed primarily at Admin, but anyone can answer . Can someone tell me why it takes such a long time for anything I post to appear in the forum (2, sometimes 3 days ). Is this due to me not being a Full Member yet or because all threads / posts are moderated before being released.
I have replied to 2 threads on hear 2-3 days ago and theyre still not showing up

(Posted 1/9/06 at 1.35pm ... just a flag to see when it actually appears)

Cheers Dale

Dale

I have moved your account into a different user group so your posts will be displayed straight away now. :thumb:

Unfotunately we had to move all new users into a moderated group due to people spamming the forum with unwanted posts.

Thanks Robert ... good idea until you're fairly sure about newcomers. A thought would be to have this put in youre welcome email just so people aint wondering why and keep pestering you like this

Cheers Dale

I did think about it, but no-one reads the welcome email, you must be the only one that read the welcome email.

There is some text when you hit the post button as well.

No comment Paul. :thumb: PS, the blue pills are oral, not suppositories. :rotfl:

Yes, wonderful holiday. This one was the family holiday as opposed to the boys weekend at the Nurburgring although am going to make a short trip to the ring in October.
