hmmm, I always thought that the 'management' hierarchy was a bit like a tree full of monkeys; those at the top, look down and see a bunch of monkeys whom they can sh1t on, and those at the bottom lookup and see nothing but a bunch of aresh0les

Hi Mike. Phew just dropped back to 94 deg! Back in East Yorkshire today I've been informed it's about 32*F as in freeze your balls off. Oh by the way any chaps coming to Elvington in East Yorkshire shouldn't be surprised by the rather pale appearance of the indigenous population. It's an adaptation developed over thousands of years in response to the local climatic conditions.
