Autobrass outstanding service

Just like to say what an amazing service Dave offers. I was running late after picking a car up from the paint shop yesterday evening and despite calling Dave to say I was going to be even later than half seven to collect a windscreen from is place in winkleigh he insisted it would still be ok to collect the screen.

I ended up at his place at 9 o clock and true to his word he was in his workshop polishng up a screen and brightwork bits for me I ended up chatting and didnt get to leave till gone ten. I think this is amazing for anyone to do let alone a chap who we all know has had alot to deal with lately.

So Dave thankyou for a quality and friendly service once again, will see you again soon im sure for another screen and another installment of your friendly service.

Don't forget to thank me too. That screen you picked up should have been mine but Dave said that someone else needed one in a hurry and could I let them have it and get mine later.

He did say that the screen was meant for someone else. Guess you think different about his service then tee hee.

Thanks to both Daves then thats to beers il have to buy at exetr show now then lol

Dave was about to send me two screens but I don't need one of them for about a month, so he should have another one done for me by then.:thumb:

Yes still having problems with my screen, persuaded my insurance co to let autobrass reglaze my screen (allbeit at a higher excess). Autobrass have told me they'll collect the screen 3 times now and let me down each time. I've asked them to keep me informed of whats happening but they haven't, so i'm taking time off work waiting for them and they're not showing. I appreciate they are probably busy but a phone call to let me know wouldn't go amiss. I'll call them again on Monday and try and arrange another pick-up day.
