My Son had a toy steering wheel which he used to spin furiously, making loads of go-faster noises, leaning into all the tight corners, perhaps running the government feels a bit like that. You make all the noises, but when you stop you haven't really gone anywhere.

Robert, any chance of a South Wales forum? I know there is a South West but the Bristol channel and 3 hours drive is between us! North Wales is too far away too.
Besides Cardiff is a Capital city, and Dr Who has since put us on the map, ask anyone!

PS I always have this problem with car clubs and off road clubs too.
