Any french builder?

Hello,
I'm writing from south of France and i wonder if someone tried to build a Pilgrim Sumo car? I am a newbie:drive: and i would have some informations about the build. Do you think the Pilgrim kit is the best one (price/quality) or should i watch for something else?
The biggest problem in France is the registration card because Pilgrim cars are unknown on french territory so the Sumo can't drive here !!!
Do you have any solution about it?
Thanks for all.:thumb:

Re: Any french builder?

Sorry I can't help with the Sumo details but I know from a friend in Britanny that it's almost impossible to register a kit car in France unless it's over 25 years old - voiture historique I think it's called.

Might be worth taking a look at buying a Cobra replica already registered in France - http://www.clubmartin.com/. I've seen some Cobra's advertised on that site in the past. Also take a look at - http://www.forum-auto.com/sqlforum/s...ujet181090.htm - Lot's of French related Cobra information on there.
