What will this be like to drive?

Calling all engine/cam boffins.
I have had this (Customer supplied) engine delivered to my place for a car I'm building.
I am not that jen'd up on cam spec and drivability and there has been plenty of discussion. I'm just curious to know what this will be like before I bolt it in.
Looks scary to me.

What will it be like to drive?

Wheelspin from about 500 rpm to 6000.

Excellent. What a torque curve! It could almost be a turbo'd engine.

Flippin heck That's some torque. Take some very good rubber and a light right foot to keep that in a straight line.

Let's hope it makes it more than 5 miles from Dave's workshop, eh?

Re: What will this be like to drive?

The owner frequents this forum so I'd better be careful what I say.(Eh Shaun?)
I think the mindset has been like many others :- "Will I have enough power? What should I do? Maybe if i have 350BHP it won't be enough , maybe I'd better go for 450 , no 500 , oh fcuk it lets go the full monty and have 550 , yes, that'll do it. "
