| Sumo Tv. After 'The Audi Channel', did Pilgrim invest in their own satellite channel? NO. BUT, whilst channel hopping, I saw a Coca Cola ad from the 60`s, which features footage of a Cobra racing from (I think) Nassau 1964. It`s one of the Shelby team FIA cars, and there`s another few clips that show a Chaparral with what looks like Carroll Shelby driving. The rest of the ad is all cowboys & baseballers, and the groovy trumpetty soundtack is swingin` daddio! "Coca Cola...the taste you never get tired of"! Scrrren shots to follow.

| Re: Sumo Tv. Hi Did you see Disaster Channel (sorry Discovery Channel), American Chopper Paul Jnr was driving a nice silver cobra, also a red one in tow. So I assume they got a discount from Mr Shelby when they did the "Cobra" bike? Anyway, still thinking about the M&S advert, which I can now confirm is an Ac Ace Bristol it was one of the AC Owners cars. John. |
