The engine will be sold in its normally aspirated form and is designed to run on Methanol. When normally aspirated the engine makes just short of 600 Horsepower, we have dyno sheets to substantiate this. The engine will receive a full freshen, which will include a new set of Miller conrods, this will be carried out by ICE. The engine will not be sold with its nitrous systems.

The cost of producing a Rover V8 of this stature is in excess of £52,000.
or $98,000.00 USD

Hummmmm i think i'll take 5 or so all alum SBC 1000+BHP super charged engines in lue of 1 Buick 215 Starfire engine / Rover V-8 tricked to beat the band........ sorry mates not knock'n the Rover V-8 ..it is amazing HP from that little V-8.... but ooooooooooch on the cost to produce 600 BHP with this engine is way out'a line @ $98,000.oo USD.... my 2 cents/pence Dr,Dee

Re: Still think your chevy's got the edge on a rover?

Mmm.. would suit the man who's JUST started to find his Griff 500 a tad boring.. "spare unused cam"..very useful with any RV8. "Outside Pace oil pump", does this mean more than the usual 5-30 psi?

'solid block heads with no cooling', OK if you dont mind doing all you driving in 1/4 mile long sections, with 20 minutes between blasts to cool down again..
