| Get this for good service! I'm so used to getting cr4p service from people that I'm blown away with this! Two weeks ago I spoke to Gordon at Sovereign Coachworks about getting my damaged cob sprayed, he suggested that I send him a message via their website with my postcode and other stuff so that they could get the "ball rolling". I sent the message and expected to hear nothing....but wait for it, Gordon replied the next day. I replied to this message stating that I would like the car picked up and guess what, two weeks later (well within their "lead time") I get another email arranging for Nigel to pick the car up next weekend. Cheers Sovereign, it makes a nice change to deal with customer focused people.  Regards, Pete      |
