Selling a car to an EU country-paperwork

It looks a strong chance that my car will go to france.
So never having done this before, there is a section to fill in on the V5C, but do I have to get an export licence?
The DVLA website doesnt seem to have the answer.
Any tips from somebody who has done this much appreciated!

You don't have to do anything other than fill in the V5 and inform DVLA that you've flogged it. It's the next guys problem to fill out the export forms.

So.........tintop next Tuesday evening eh?

You have permission to salivate gently (from a distance) over Tony's original. Actually, you can salivate all you like over his original, just not over my FPSB!

Cant be doing with it at the moment so Im going to enjoy it for the summer and have cancelled the ads.
