Passed SVA

Well, first time lucky or what

Passed at Gillingham this morning and I must thank Paul Jepson for greasing the beaurocracy of the DVLA and especially Ian Briggs of BAE for his wonderful SVA service, it really paid off. As we turned onto the M25 at Redhill we drove straight into a sea of red lights, a major accident on the M25 at 06.30 in the morning with three of the four lanes shut, glad I wasn't driving the Cob

In the afternoon went down to the local DVLA office and presented my MAC and insurance, they apologised profusely because.............I would have to wait 30 minutes for them to process it and issue the reg and tax........bugger In all took 40mins from entering the building to leaving (that's bound to wind up a lot of you who have had problems recently......sorry.......not really :P )

Anyway, ripped of all the old Pilgrim SVA garbage and got some shiny bits back on and havn't stopped smiling since,

Many thanks to you all for your support and help over the past 10 months, I am sure I would have failed without it.

Congratulations Noel, a job very well done, especially as youve got it on the road the same day as well, just shows it can be done.
Now stop grinning, admiring, polishing etc and go out and annoy the neighbours

Noel, Well done. Brilliant news. Have you driven it yet?

It's a great feeling. You must come over and see us in the Camberley/Bagshot/Farnborough area soon.

You were concerned about the noise from you pipes and your 383 - what DB reading did you get?

I'm not at all jealous of your luck with SVA. Well not much

Regards
