Pi**ed down with rain most of Monday!!

But loved the car chase on the motorway with ultima's,gt40's and RS200.


Must go to bed now as V8 BJC has kept me up most of the night with his snoring!!

Sunday was defo the better day to go, weather-wise!!

Yep totaly agree what a great turnout on sunday (could easily have been 200, anyone count 'em). Had a brilliant day.
Even the AGM was OK this year, but then again I kept my mouth shut most of the time this year.
Tony the new club shirts are great, but where was the nubile young models you promised to have modeling them?

Got a few pics of the cobra pitch, but then you'l just have to get the mag to see them. lol

Andy I'll give you a private viewing then you won't have to spend the price of a take-away each year to be a member. lol

Excellent turnout on the Sunday, I was really missing not being able to pull up in a Cobra and being forced to skulk in in a Citroen estate.....Mind you it made carting the goodies purchased for the builds back home a lot easier. ( I never knew spending someone elses money could be so much fun. I can see why the Mrs enjoys it so much)

It was great seeing lots of old faces although the corrresponding names do not come easily to those like me who partake of the falling down fluid regularly.....

Stopped off in Henley for a couple of pints on the way home and realised just how far you walk at Stoneleigh when the old legs complained as we limped from the car to the bar, but overall a brilliant day.

Mind you, with all the cars on the showground the AGM could have been better attended, if only to give thanks and appreciation to all the hard work done by the members of the executive...........

However, did anyone else see the mad despotic gleam in Tonym's eyes as he was elected..........it reminded me of Saddam Hussein when he was first elected as leader of the Baa'th party..........

He's taking over I tell you !!!! Today T shirts, tomorrow it'll be key rings.....
