EdelBrock Chevy Valve Cover adapter for Rover v8

Looking at dressing up my engine a little when I convert from Injection to Carbs in a few weeks. One of the things I want to do is fit Chrome valve covers and like the Edelbrock ones on the repower website. Does anyone know where I can buy the adaptor plate to fit Chevy rocker covers to an Rv8?

Many Thanks

Contact JR V8 ..

http://www.jrv8.co.uk/

He trades on e-bay as Rockercover and he may even do the covers you want as a kit.

I brought a set of rover to ford adaptors and they are great. Thick steel plate and all the fixings supplied. Cost around £60 I think.

Craig.

Cheers Craig, Have dropped them a line to see if they can sell the adapters seperately...

Reason for going to Carbs - mainly because the EFI system on my Rv8 is a pain in the A**e and after much debating between megasquirt and weber 500, i felt that the carb option was more my thing (just find them easier to work on and play with...) also I would like to be able to open my bonnet from time to time without hanging my head in shame (the EFI on my car is simply ugly!!! - have seen some great installations however this is definately not one of them )

Cheers all for the advice. Will let you know if I get any success.
Rich

Yep agree call Jim at JRV8. He's been brilliant and his prices are keen. I bought two edlebrock chrome covers and plates for £90. He's a super guy
