Windscreen again

My bl**dy windscreen cracked again yesterday while the car was sitting in a service station car park. No impact damage. Went to get a coffee, good screen, came out and a vertical crack top to bottom up the middle of the screen. First one lasted 16 years, this one lasts 2 years!
Don't I sopend enough money on it?

DL

Dave,

Is it a case of paying the excess or do you have to pay for the whole thing?

Either way, it is a pain. I trust you need it sharpish if you are off to Le Mans in a bit.

Zeb.

I was on my way back from Le Mans ..... on the M40.... when this happened on Monday evening.

Perhaps it shrunk in all the French rain!
