| Chevy vs Ford You guys are funny as hell!!! Let me clarify there will be no pics wet or otherwise just be happy with the joy of my company...... I understand that the need for the conditioner is to stop the alternator draining the battery (correct me if I am wrong) still making baby steps to understanding the workings of my car. I appreciate however that there is some degree of patience that needs to be employed with Cobras - labour of love but one I take great pleasure in!!! Thanks for the info on the battery conditioner - will come in handy with my particular problem. I will check out the events and hopefully meet the gang soon. Regards, Gigi |

| Despite my immense disappointment over the issue of pictures, I will continue to pass on useful info. I mean, you obviously enjoy being looked at, else why drive a Cobra? The battery conditioner keeps the battery topped up whilst the car is not being used, and prevents the "sulphurisation" of the plates within the battery, which is what kills batteries that are left unused for long periods of time. Like on cars that only get used when it is dry. When the ignition is switched off, neither your alternator nor any other electrical component (with the exception of an alarm) should be draining the battery at all.
