Club Committee Anouncement

Hello all,
I have some interesting plans to move the club forward and feel that to bring these plans to fruition then I need to increase the committee size so that I have the right people in the key roles. To this end I have made the following appointments: -

Rob Stanley has agreed to come back onto the committee as Webmaster
Chris Barnes (purple ak) has agreed to take over my old role as rep liaison/club secretary
James Norris (mr bling) has agreed to become the new events co-ordinator and
Julie Butteriss has become committee member in charge of regalia.

This is in addition to the existing members of the committee,
Marion Jones, membership
Peter Jones, magazine editor
Russ Derbyshire, treasurer and
Glen Pullen, magazine distribution.

I am holding my first committee meeting in October where I will be putting my plans to the committee for discussion, when the plans have been agreed then they will be made available to all the members.
If any members have any suggestions then please get in contact, my details are in Snaketorque magazine or pm me on this site.

Next year is going to be an exciting one for the club so please ensure that you renew at the appropriate time or if you wish to join on-line now then follow this link.

Hey Andy S,
does this mean that you can just forward all the Le Mans Classic lists to James, put your feet up and let him get on with it

I think James would demand it. After all, it is his job now.
