| Ford 302 sump wanted I'm just about to start building a 331 stroker engine and just thought I'd better try the sump on (Main studs and stud girdle) and guess what? it didn't fit! Has anyone got a slightly deeper sump to fit a 302 I could buy? at the shallowest point mine is 3.5 inches and I think I'm going to need at least 4.5 to have enough clearance.
