| Hi Dave, What you are looking for are machine screws, this could be where the confusion is. If it has a screwdriver head (Either slotted or pozi/philips) it is classed as a machine screw. If it has a hex head then it is classed as a bolt, which is usually threaded for the first 25mm, and if it is threaded along it's full length and has a hex head then it is a set screw! As Mark says I've found Namerick to be one of the best suppliers. For your warning lamps I would recommend SVC http://www.s-v-c.co.uk/

| Normally you should be able to find one near you unless you live in the middle of nowhere. Look in the yellow pages under Engineering supplies, Lloyd & Jones are quite a big company round by me but I don't know if the are national or not. |
