Prop Shaft

Hi all the winter jobs are looming and I am gathering the required parts.
I have finally got a gearbox (LT77) and bell housing clutch 9.5" on order.
My question is at the moment I have a rover 4 speed to rover V8 what changes and parts do i need for the prop shaft and any other parts will i need thanks in advance

What rear diff are you using?

I guess you need a propshaft that matches the flange on the back of the gearbox and a another prop shaft that matches the flange on the diff. It is then a matter of getting these two bits joined together at the correct length by a professional prop shaft company.

Recoprop have done loads for me. Do a goolgle search for the address.
Helpfull bunch, tell them the input (what the gear box was from) and output (what the axle is) length you want it and they will do the rest

Prop

I am already running with a 4 speed, can i not just change the flange at the box end to mate it to the 5 speed???????
If so where can I get one ????

Digger. (sorry I don't know your name) Don't quote me here, But according to Rimmer Bros the 4 speed rover box is just a 5 speed with less internals! So, Again according to them, It is just a matter of swopping boxes! Everything else should fit
