I have just noticed this car on ebay, it is a newbie with a buy it now price for 6000..... and it is a 5ltr
It does seem a little cheap, sva or not.

Usually advertised for 10 times the buy it now price (@£60K)
If the ad was genuine I would have paid him already and been on my way to collect it now. I bet he says it is overseas and you have to pay the money to a 3rd party. Whereupon it will be shipped to the UK.
A phrase including the words "Barge pole" springs to mind.

The 2007 AC Cobra with only 230 miles is still for sale. A great car, never implied in any accident, in excellent condition with full service history. VRM number is AC56 COB. My job put me on the way to ENGLAND and I purchased this car there. Now I have to sell it as I've got back home in GERMANY. The car is here as well. The final price is £ 6000 + shipping to your door. But since it's a right hand drive car, not even a dealer will offer me a better price here. The fact that it's still UK registered did not help either. I am the registered keeper and there is no outstanding finance on the vehicle. I agree... if a dealer wouldn't give 6 grand for it because it is a right hand drive over there you would at least charge about 12-15 grand in the country of registration, given the supposed condition of it.
A more realitic sum I believe and alot less suspicious.
