Steve Loadsmans wheel spinners!!

I saw Steve Loadsmans cobra last year and noted he had wheel spinners fitted to revolution wheels. Steve - if you are out there - or anyone else for that matter- is there any way it can be explained how it is done??? I have looked at several ways so far with no joy. Help!- Thanks

I've got the spinners you are after from some old revolution wheels I am not using if you want them. Are you anywhere near Plymouth?
