Question Are image the best ?

Hi all

It is time to bit the bullit and change my 15" wheels to a size that it is earier to get tyres for. So my question is image wheels still the best place to get new from in the UK, If so it looks like the piggy bank is going to get well and trully abused but the car will stick to the road.

Many thanks for any input.

personally i would say no, theres plenty to choose from if you don't mind importing and i think you might find quality/customer care is better.

Image have always provided me with excellent service.

Just to bang the drum once more - get the rims clear anodised! And NEVER polish them again.

Mine are now 6 years old with 20k miles under them, and they look exactly like new, and all I ever do is wash them along with the rest of the car, let them air dry.

Is there anywhere in the UK that does this as an aftermarket service?

Kev - if you dismantle the rims and clean and polish them till they sparkle, any local anodiser from the yellow pages should be able to do it for you. Just visit with them and explain that they are for a show car and they will take good care of them. You can always get an idea of what a factory is likely to do from just the looks of it........
